Lucas is the Client Director at HarborHive, based in the Melbourne office, where he leads client strategy, relationship management, and delivery oversight for key accounts.

With 17 years of experience in strategic account management and talent advisory, Lucas has deep expertise in aligning leadership acquisition strategies with business objectives. He has worked with a wide range of clients including multinational corporations, public sector agencies, and high-growth SMEs.

Prior to joining HarborHive, Lucas held senior client success and commercial leadership roles at two leading recruitment firms, where he was responsible for major national accounts in the infrastructure and healthcare sectors.

Lucas holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) from RMIT University and is a certified Client Experience Professional (CCXP). He is an advocate for inclusive leadership and has led several internal DEI initiatives.
