Headhunter Consultant

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain long-term client partnerships with deep understanding of their business, culture, and role requirements
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior positions independently or collaboratively, including talent sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and shortlisting
  • Develop position descriptions, candidate reports, and market intelligence briefings
  • Mentor researchers and contribute to market mapping analysis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (HR, Business, Psychology preferred)
  • 3+ years in executive search or strategic consulting
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills
  • Strong judgment and commercial acumen

Research Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping for assigned roles
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, industry databases, and professional associations
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Support consultants in developing search strategies and candidate profiles
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (outstanding recent graduates welcome)
  • Proficiency in data mining/analysis with basic business awareness
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong written communication

Client Services Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating client projects and tracking progress to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Prepare meeting notes, client communications, and basic market research reports.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help maintain accurate client records and assist with data entry in CRM systems.
  • Foster strong client relationships by responding promptly to inquiries and providing consistent follow-up.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years’ experience in client service, administration, or project support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a proactive service mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about client service and eager to develop a career in consulting or recruitment.
