Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain long-term client partnerships with deep understanding of their
business, culture, and role requirements
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior positions independently or collaboratively,
including talent sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and shortlisting
Develop position descriptions, candidate reports, and market intelligence briefings
Mentor researchers and contribute to market mapping analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (HR, Business, Psychology preferred)
3+ years in executive search or strategic consulting
Exceptional communication and client management skills
Strong judgment and commercial acumen
Research Associate
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and talent mapping for assigned roles
Source candidates via LinkedIn, industry databases, and professional associations
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
Support consultants in developing search strategies and candidate profiles
