Noah is a Senior Headhunting Consultant at HarborHive, based in the firm’s Sydney office. He specialises in C-suite and senior leadership recruitment across financial services, private equity, and emerging technology sectors.

With over 12 years of executive recruitment and talent advisory experience, Noah has successfully partnered with clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and North America. He is known for his ability to identify rare talent with the leadership agility necessary to thrive in today’s fast-evolving business landscape.

Prior to joining Apex, Noah held senior consulting roles at a global executive search firm, where he led retained searches and succession planning initiatives for multinational clients. His cross-border experience in Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong enables him to bring a global perspective to every client engagement.

Noah holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
