Mia is the Director of Human Resources at Apex Talent Partners, based at the company’s Sydney headquarters. She oversees all aspects of internal talent management, organisational culture, and employee engagement.

With over 14 years of HR leadership experience, Mia has worked across professional services, technology, and consulting industries. Her core areas of expertise include workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development.

Before joining HarborHive, Mia served as HR Business Partner at a global strategy consultancy, where she led HR operations for the APAC region. Her international experience includes assignments in Japan, Australia, and the UK, giving her a strong appreciation for cross-cultural talent strategies.

Mia holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Monash University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She is a certified HR practitioner (CAHRI) and accredited in multiple leadership and psychometric tools.
